A plush, insulating design inspired by a combination of sportswear and military pieces, this edition of the Carhartt Prentis Pullover Jacket has a soft polyester jacquard outer and a breathable mesh lined body with smooth nylon taffeta through either sleeve. The attached hood provides protection from rainfall and wind chill with nylon taffeta detailing and a quarter zip fastening centrally below that allows for ease of entry and ventilation. Similarly, on the left side of the chest a shaped patch pocket with a secure zip closure has a nylon outer for a contrasting look against the polyester pile and is available for storing essential items with a square woven label on top that shows the signature Carhartt logo design. For further storage and a hand warmer compartment, two side entry pockets can be found on either side of the waist and a vertical zip on the left side pocket allows for access to trouser pockets. Completing the design and encouraging a close fit, the long sleeves have narrow elasticated cuffs.
